I officially have a 1st grader! Today was Daniels last day of school and he is ready for summer. I think that Lendl will be happy to have brother home too. Here are some pictures from the school year.

I still can't get over how big he is... I still have Alaska Daniel in my mind when I think of him. He looks like he had a lot of fun his last week of school.
I am so excited for summer to just play with the kids. He looks like he had a great school year.
I cannot believe that he's a 1st grader! He's getting so big! The girls are going to be on their last year of elementary school--
5th graders!
Before Sonja began traveling the world with Daniel, she was already a world traveler, having started out in Fountain Valley, California, then on to Okinawa, Japan, then on to West Palm Beach, Florida, from there to Millington, Tennessee, then to Havelock, North Carolina, and ending her first leg of this journey in Louisville, Kentucky.
As the happy father of this great gal, and the father-in-law of the most wonderful son-in-law one could ever hope for, and the really grateful pappaw of two magnificent and stunning young grandsons, I want the four of you to know how much you mean to mean.

I, too, can't grasp the thought of having a first grader. It makes me get all misty-eyed! Where did our toddlers go??!!
